कबड्डी आधिकारिक नियम: When raider enters opponent half with cant to attack. Maximum duration is 30 seconds.
The raid is the main attacking move! One player enters opponent half, tries to tag defenders, and must return within 30 seconds.
30s timer is strictly enforced by digital clock or stopwatch. Raider must complete attack and touch midline before 30.0 seconds.
Raider attacks right corner, tags defender at 24s mark, and crosses midline safely at 27s mark.
Referee blows whistle at 30s mark if raider has not touched midline.
Pace your raid so you don't get trapped near end line as 30s clock expires.
